KNOW YOUR COACH :
Shri S.K.Sengupta is a qualified professional behavioural science , life-skills and applied management psychology trainer with international training background in Ontology ( life-skills ), Scientology and Psycho-orientology . He established Dare To Win ( Training , Coaching & Counselling Consultancy ) on 14th April , 2002 after 21 years of corporate experience . He is a member of Noida, Delhi and All India Management Associations. He has trained over seventy thousand people and has carried out Management Development Programmes & Organizational Development Interventions in several offices . Being a practicing psychotherapist , a psychological counsellor and a personal coach to students and adults , he carries out psychometric tests & assessments , and has a deep understanding of human thought processes . His sessions are experiential and interactive and he combines Eastern methods with Western techniques to train participants to transform their lives .
PROCESS :
• Complete privacy and secrecy of whatever is revealed by the client .
• Deep listening and understanding of whatever the client is going through .
• Assessing what the client desires and is yearning for .
• Analyzing the situation with the client and working out a solution with him .
OUR EXPECTATIONS :
• The client will observe the Key Learning Points as we work it out together .
• Some simple activities will be given . The client will be required to do it daily without fail . Things will gear up in about three weeks .
• Client will have to continue to do the activities for some time earnestly till the desired results are achieved .
SESSIONS AND DURATION :
• The duration of the initial session is three hours .
• Further sessions after the initial session may or may not be required .
FACE TO FACE / AUDIO / VIDEO SESSIONS :
The client is free to opt for a video , or an audio , or a face to face session .
FEES :
Rupees one thousand per hour .
